REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: July 21st, 2025
Applies to: Recreational Vehicles (RVs), Trailers, E-bikes, Golf Carts, Parts & Accessories,
Location: Ontario, Canada

1. Recreational Vehicles & Trailers

Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario), there is no automatic right of return or refund once a purchase has been finalized.

  • All sales of new and used RVs and trailers are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once a purchase agreement is signed and a payment has been received.
  • Buyers are encouraged to conduct thorough inspections, ask for full disclosure of the unit’s history, and review specifications before completing the sale.
  • We welcome trade-ins, subject to inspection and agreement on valuation.

2. Deposits

Deposits made toward the purchase of an RV or trailer, or to place a hold on an RV or trailer, are refundable in all cases upon the customers request.

3. Parts & Accessories

We accept returns on eligible parts and accessories under the following conditions, in compliance with Ontario’s return standards for non-custom goods:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition and packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
  • Electrical parts, fluids, and opened packages are non-returnable.

4. Special Orders

Items custom-ordered for your specific needs are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable, unless defective or incorrectly supplied.

5. Warranty & Repairs

  • Most RVs, trailers, and parts come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which is separate from any return rights. We will assist customers in submitting valid warranty claims, but final decisions are at the manufacturer’s discretion.
  • Service and repairs completed by our technicians are covered by a limited labour warranty, details of which will be provided at the time of service.

6. Misrepresentation & Legal Rights

If an RV, trailer, or part was materially defective, or not as described, you may be entitled to remedies. In such cases, please notify us immediately in writing with supporting documentation.

We are committed to resolving any issues in good faith and in accordance with Ontario law.

7. Errors & Omissions

We make every effort to ensure all pricing, availability, and product descriptions are accurate. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and provide the customer with updated information.
