Terms & Conditions of Sale

 Applies to: Recreational Vehicles (RVs), Trailers, E-Bikes, Golf Carts, Parts & Accessories

1. General Agreement

By purchasing a recreational vehicle, trailer, e-bike, golf cart, part, or accessory from In The Hunt Trailers Inc., you (“the Customer”) acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and are intended to comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 (Ontario) and other applicable legislation.

2. Final Sale of RVs and Trailers

All sales of new and used recreational vehicles and trailers are final. Once a bill of sale is signed and payment is received, no cancellations, returns, or refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Conducting a full inspection prior to finalizing the sale.
  • Reviewing any warranties, disclosures, or documentation provided at the time of sale.
  • Verifying accuracy of all listed features and specifications.

3. Deposits

Deposits made toward the purchase of an RV or trailer, or to place a hold on an RV or trailer, are refundable in all cases upon the customers request.

4. Trade-Ins

All trade-in vehicles are subject to inspection and valuation at our sole discretion. Trade-in allowances are not guaranteed until formally appraised and included in the written purchase agreement.

5. Parts & Accessories

We accept returns of eligible parts and accessories under the following terms:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days in original condition and packaging.
  • A valid receipt is required.
  • Electrical parts, fluids, and installed or damaged items are not returnable.
  • Custom or special orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable, unless defective or supplied in error.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

All warranties, including new unit and part warranties, are manufacturer-provided. In The Hunt Trailers Inc. does not offer additional warranties unless specified in writing. Warranty claims must follow the manufacturer’s procedures and are subject to their approval.

Service work completed by our team is backed by a limited labour warranty, the terms of which are provided at the time of service.

7. Accuracy & Availability

While we strive for accuracy in all advertisements and documentation, pricing, availability, features, and images are subject to change without notice. In the event of an error or omission, we reserve the right to correct the information and provide the customer with updated options.

8. Compliance with Ontario Law

These Terms & Conditions are designed to comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2002 and applicable Ontario legislation. In case of conflict, the statutory rights under Ontario law will prevail.
